The LarsonAllen tenant improvement project in St. Louis’ downtown business district included the renovation of the 17th and 18th floors. The plan featured an impressive entry lobby with custom designed and built wood, glass, and granite reception desk with a full lounge breakroom and private offices. The highlight of the space is the 360-degree view of downtown – including the Arch, Busch Stadium, and the Riverfront.
Renovating a high-rise office suite in an occupied building required careful consideration of tenants and their working hours. A well-thought-out work plan was established and noise restriction guidelines were followed, enabling normal operations to continue throughout construction.
Several custom design elements are featured in this space, including the reception desk and glass stairwell. Construction of these pieces included on materials from all over the world. Careful planning allowed the project to successfully meet critical budget and schedule goals.
