Kozeny-Wagner and Pacific Studio to Begin Work on New Museum of Westward Expansion at the Gateway Arch
Kozeny-Wagner is very proud to announce a collaborative partnership with Pacific Studio from Seattle, Washington and the National Park Service in the much-anticipated interior build out of the Museum of Westward Expansion at the Gateway Arch, the final phase of the CityArchRiver project. Kozeny-Wagner, the general works contractor on the Pacific Studio team, will be working to transform the Museum of Westward Expansion into a new, state-of-the-art exhibit space. The new Museum exhibit space will be designed to tell the story of Westward Expansion in new, interactive ways.
The Kozeny-Wagner/Pacific Studio team will take over the space to start the transformation once the McCarthy team completes the shell contract. The entire project has been designed and will be constructed to achieve Silver LEED certification. The total investment of the 30,000 SF build-out is over $17 million.
Kozeny-Wagner’s history with this National Park is impressive, completing dozens of noteworthy projects on site that date back to the very beginning with the original build out of the Museum to the recent completion of the North Gateway.
